dblue
Anyone know where I can find some accurate frequency response charts (or whatever they're called) for the Klipsch reference series (specifically the reference 3's). Any info would be appreciated. Just wondering because I am thinking of rebuilding my system with a separate pre and power amp and utilizing outlaw's ICBM. Thanks. cc1091
No. But I too would be interested in seeing the frequency response curves for the reference series speakers. Anyone?
justin_tx_16
I posted the RF-7 packages curves a while back. BUt they will be QUITE different than the RF-3's...
cc1091
You're right Justin, I remember those. I wish Klipsch would just post the curves for their speakers with their product descriptions.
justin_tx_16
Yes, that would be INCREDIBLY wonderful information. No one seems to do that though
pzannucci
It is very likely that no one puts up response curves because they aren't accurate when you put the speakers in a room. The chamber response could be quite different. The ICBM is has adjustments up to 120 hz (THX or 12db per octive) so you will likely have to tune it by ear based on sub location, proximity to the walls, and seating location. Frequency response, especially in the bass section will be very location/room dependant.
