mlitton
Please Help I have a Denon AVR-S760-H 7.2 8K Dolby Atmos receiver and a Klipsch R-820F 7.1 Home Theater System. My theater room is 20x20 (10' ceilings) but I can only access the front and rear walls to mount speakers (sorry to restrict your guidance but this will keep responses focused to my individual requirements, Thanks). My specific question is....in order to maximize Dolby Atmos should I place the R-41SA speakers on top of the R/820F front floor standing speakers (FDL/FDR) OR mount them on the wall 10' high above the floor speakers (FHL/FHR)? Which location will Maximize Dolby ATMOS?
hobbyinn
There is only one way to find out which is better. Try both setups and see what you like the best.
dimanata2007
Try to put them on top of your fronts first. My room is 14 x 16, 8 ft. celling and got my R-41SA on top of my fronts, imo it increases the dispersion of the sound.
