Fish Posted February 17, 2023 Share Posted February 17, 2023 Sorry I missed this. I did want to comment as people searching may end up here. I don't stop in like in previous decades. Pretty surprised it had such little commentary, way different in the past. The fact is it's a great receiver and competes with most any Pioneer, Marantz, Sansui etc of the day. Project One were quality throughout, layout looks like designers were very thoughtful. I have a Mark IV and it's solid as a rock and sounds as good as my sx980, for 1/10th the price. The meters in these units were the only weak spot although mine work fine. I can't imagine needing more power to drive any Klipsch to ear splitting levels.
