Klipsch Reference 5.1 subwoofer

I bought this reference 5.1 from Costco and I have noticed the subwoofer bass is like 20% of capacity even at max level and doesn't sound anything like when I got it.

I can only feel the bass if I am standing right beside it.

Any idea what is going on and if I need to reset or look into something? It is 13 months old and used seldomly. I am not sure if its covered by warranty as well.

Welcome to the Forum and hope you have it figured out by now. If not, I don't know which sub you have but if it's "20% of capacity" that you heard at the store check the GAIN/TRIM levels in your AVRs BASS MANAGEMENT.
