HELP!! I bought 2 sets of Neckbands!!!

So I bought a set of neckbands and really liked them. Being a good husband, I then bought a set for the wife.  That's where the story goes bad.

No matter what we do we can't be anywhere near each other when using them, If Im listening to something and she turns hers on, it steals my audio and she can't play her own?

How do I solve this, I wouldn't even mind if both sets would use the same source, but that doesn't work either.

Thanks

sounds like wireless interference  ,   try changing  channels on 1 device

just pulled up the manual here  https://www.klipsch.com/products/t5-neckband-earphones#product-downloads

makes no mention of changing channels. How is that done?  Thanks

Also tried calling Cust Serv, said wait time would be 9min, I waited 40 minutes and gave up
