Bruinsrme
Hi, I have attached a rough jpeg of my roon setup. there have been a numberof posts saying there should be at least 24 inches behind the rear ported speakers. Currently there is 4X that in my HT. Before I invest any money in wood and dampening material, would there be any benefits of reducing the distance by building a wall behind the AV rack? proudestmonkey
i think that if your best bet would be to build a new wall, you are losing a lot of bass having your front l/r that far away from a wall.
prodj101
it depends on what you have the settings on. if you are looking for alot more bass, build a second wall, but I wouldn't worry about it. I have like zero bass going to my RF-5's so wall placement isn't a big issue with me.
