  1. Dave Matthews Band, Live in Central Park
  2. the sc1 would work fine, i would suggest a rc25. there really is no "matched" center channel for your inwalls, the rc25 sounds great though.
  3. 1) the video upconversion works great 2) the 3803 has 100 mHz video switching
  4. i think that if your best bet would be to build a new wall, you are losing a lot of bass having your front l/r that far away from a wall.
  5. it just amazes me how people will pay thousands of dollars on high end piece of refurbed equipment with no warrenty from a b.s. company like ecost. Now the real questions is why dosent everyone buy from there local dealer?? spend a little extra $$ have a brand new piece of equipment, with a full warrenty. Plus i am sure that when you purchase the product online that you expect your local dealer to answer questions for you. well i gtg buy some refurbed underwear on ebay (it has a warrenty though)
  6. here are some of the prices rf35 $1000/pr rs35 $650/pr rs25 $500/pr that is all i know of now, i will get the prices when i go back to work and let you guys know.
  7. actually the 1082 is the derritive piece of the 3802, it is the exact same piece, the 1082 is current this year since the 3803 came out.
  8. i would do the monster power... i have had pieces from both companies and the monster gave me a much better picture and i heard sounds in music that i have never heard before, it is an awesome piece of equipment (i dont know the model of mine but it is stage 2 clean power). thanks joe
  9. Thats good to hear, what are you thinking about getting??
  10. where do you live?? i would be able to get you both items. brand new. joe
  11. i would have to go with the denon, the elite receiver is a great piece, but with the processing power and features i think the denon edges out the elite receiver. i have been very pleased with my receiver. joe
  12. yes the sound in gladiator is great...esp the scene where that ball and chain is whipping around through the speakers....great 6.1 demo and of course, the movie that started being interested surround sound, Jurrasic Park. feeling the footsteps in your room is like your right there....well i have to go watch that now. joe
  13. fyi, the floor spikes will run you about $10 from klipsch joe
  14. just remeber that bose are the best marketers in the world, i read that 85% of all bose sales happen before people even listen to them. its amazing how they can take $1 worth of plastic along with 2 1.5" paper midranges and sell it for $1200 complete surround system. just a pair of klipsch bookshelfs (or rf5's if you want to go crazy ) in virtual surround on your amp will sound much better. just my 2 cents joe
