Johnny dB Posted February 2, 2003 Share Posted February 2, 2003 I was wondering if someone can tell me if the new K33 woofers have a vent in the magnet? The reason I ask is; I bought what I thought was the new K33E from a dealer that works with their Professional Klipsch line. He ordered them in for me when I thought I could build a pair of Klpschorns. (never happened) I subsequently, bought a pair of '84 K-horns. Today I decided to put the new K33 in just for sh*ts and giggles. The magnets on the K33E have no vents, but the new ones do. The new ones also don't have any markings on them, they're just black. They look similar, except the baskets are a bit different and the vent. I am wondering if the dealer ordered Professional woofers in. I don't hear a difference.
