Bruinsrme
To Klipsch, Having purchased my Reference speakers from tweeter I am curious what happens as far as the KLIPSCH warranty? Null and void? Bring them back to Tweeter? Bring them to any authorized dealer? Call Klipsch for an RMA number then pay to ship them back to Klispch? Thank you for your time and information, Scott

MrMcGoo
Scott, I posted a similar question. It was ignored by Klipsch. What can they say under the circumstances?..... We canned your dealer support? Bill

We are actually working through the answers at this very moment and we will share the results as soon as they are available. Please feel free to contact me directly offline if you have specific issues, otherwise, look back here next week to see if the transition plans have been finalized. --Joshua Ryan Hall
Guest Joshua Ryan Hall
Bill: I must have missed your post addressing what happens as far as warranty and service requests. I didn't purposely ignore you. As I mentioned in a post to Scott, we are working through the answers to questions about warranty and service needs. But I assure you, we will go the extra mile to make warranty and service accessible. If you have a specific warranty or service need I can address, please feel free to contact me directly offline. --Joshua Ryan Hall
