bkrop
Does anyone , Craig included, know where I can get a copy of a owners manual for a H.H. Scott 299-C amp? I have tried 3 times in the last 3 days to download it from the Scott website, 2.5 hours to download and either my computer crashed or I get a message that I have insufficent resources, which is wrong. Any Ideas? Thanks
NOSValves
Let me try to download it for you. But a seriously don't think you will find anything in there all that interesting there manuals are pretty basic. Craig
NOSValves
That is a generic manual for all 1964 models and really has no major info directly related to your amp. The file is huge 38 megs and if your on Dial up your going to have problems getting it. Email isn't going to work the manual isn't worth the effort really. Is there anything that you don;t know how to use or hookup on the amp ? Craig

bkrop
I have just purchased and am waiting reciept of this amp. I have a rudimentary understanding of how they work. the unit is purported to be in good working order. I would like to know the basics of the adjustments that are necessary to the unit, after periods of storage and after replacing tubes.Any information on the use and maintenance of the the amp would be appreciated.
