Consumer
I wish they had only put one pair of midrange cross overs in the 4.1 series. The V2-400 were too damn loud because of the absence of midrange cross overs. The 4.1 is too weak because all of the satellites are midrange. My solution... Keep two V2-400 satellites and swap your other two for 2.1 satellites. Of course you'll position the 2.1 speakers in the front because midrange belongs there. And those of you who have the 4.1, sorry but you're out of luck. You'll get a crisp sounding system like mine. I got the evidence. Read my other post called "V2.400 And 4.1 Users" It's available in every ProMedia room. Peace. Consumer

Torinalth
After about a month and a half of not being able to get tho this site for some reason thanks to road runner, I can finally help. I am in the same setup as paragon. I have a live 5.1 though am using the 4.2 system, my winamp is 100%, in the live HQ the main is at 90%, in speakers its at 80%, and the windows is at 90%. if I get my speakers up to 12 0'clock position its just too damn loud, just a lil past that is where I made my ears bleed for the second time. so its not the speakers, unless you got a bum set. try and get a live value, though I prefer the x-gamer 5.1. so try punching yer windows volume, and if that still doesn't get results then get a live of some sort and the you WILL feel it, or you have a bum amp. Torinalth ------------------ if at first you don't succede, try again. if at second you don't succede, get an axe
