Thors1982
I am getting ready to buy the Refernce 7 series and wanted to know which reciever to get with it. I am 90% sure im getting a denon but I can't decide which one. I want to know which one you all would recommend between the AVR-2803 and the AVR-1082. legend9
Get the 3802 if you have budget limits. You should find one for around 500-600. In fact, I am planning to upgrade mine to the 4802, give me a reply if you are interested.

b-man1
i have the 2802 with what is in my sig...it powers them fine (90W/channel). i'm sure i could get a much beefier receiver, but power is not what's limiting me with my setup.
JPMagic
I have the 3803 and just love it. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with Denon unless you go to separate components.
Thors1982
I have given it much thought. Looked up the price as a new one and decided that I am interesetd in buying your reciever. Id like to talk a little bit more about it first of course.
damonrpayne
Some people will flame me for this but I thought the Denon receivers were a little bit piercing on the highs with the reference series. I recommend giving the HK AVR 325 and 525 a listen before you decide.
