dougdrake
Sounds like a good question for Tom V at SVS! Doug
Dustin B
It won't affect it. Only thing you'll have to do is rig something to prevent it from rolling.
TheEAR
A SVS on its side is what I call rolling thunder.

easylistener
I tried it last night watching the new star trek. The port was facing me and about 9 feet away. It was awsome. You could feel the wind from the port. It directed the deep bass right to my lazy-boy. Try it.
pinipig523
wind from the port eh? try watching Jurassic Park 1 and go one of the many scenes where the Trex roars - hearing the roar, feeling the low frequency rumble, and feeling the wind in your face is one cool hometheater experience u will never get in the movie houses.
