The other day, some looked at the "Completed items" section on the Quartets and noted that the terms said "Buyer to pay all shipping charges." I said that that had changed and that in the past it had said "Buyer to pay fixed shipping charge." Well, now, if you access the "Completed items" for the Quartets, it is back to saying "fixed shipping charge." How can this change after an auction is over? This is weird.
