Lone Palm
Just watched Alison Krauss & Union Station Live. Whew! This stuff trandsends Blue Grass. I really don't care for Blue Grass but as I said this is a level beyond Blue Grass. The show was filmed in HDTV. It's DTS and sounds supurb. Double DVD set. Disc 2 Has a ton of extras with back stage individual interveiws with band members. A must for any music lover!

fini
Fabulous voice. I first saw her in 1989 at the Great American Music Hall in SF. She was opening for Tony Rice, and played with him (and his Unit ). http://www.vh1.com/artists/az/rice_tony/264731/album.jhtml Great show. I knew she'd go on to stardom. Told ya so... fini

Aggie Klipsch
Last before Sat. was Ricky Skaggs performing with the Boston Pops. He had his touring band and was accompanied? by them. Was an exhilerating experience. If you want to hear probably the best mandolin player and guitar picker next to Roy Clark. This was on Houston PBS broadcated in HDTV.
