Bryan B
Hi, I think the yamaha and pioneer are to bright in the high's for those speakers. Last weekend i had them(Rf35)at my home running on the pioneer 908 THX and a NAD T762. The NAD was more natural sounding and the high's and mid's where perfect. On the pioneer the high's become very harsh and to bright and the two channel seperation was lacking. Sound is very personal but if I was you i will go for a rotel, NAD or a Arcam. Bruinsrme
Pioneers are somewhat bright but I seem to have tones them tome using the calibration equalizer in the set up and oving things around to reduce the reflections.
USparc
Pioneer to harsh ??? Denon and Yammies are harsh. But it is something subjective. Still my dealer hardly sells a denon or yammie with klipsch speakers!!!
