Tubes for car audio

I remember some time back when Justin posted a pic of a Panasonic MP3 player/Receiver/amp, but no one had heard one. I finally dug up some info, and as usual, it is mostly solid state. Still pretty cool, but with a list price of close to a grand, not what I'll be spending money on. Then I found this stuff from Milbert:

This is ALL tube, ten tubes in the power amp section, and built for the road. I don't want to know what it costs. They don't list the price, and I have two kids in college anyway. But it is 30 watts per channel.

Russ,

I couldn't agree more, although they are saying a few years on the tubes, even on the road...

Never been into car audio, per se, but it is kinda neat. I would rather spend my money on some new ribbon mics or make a payment on a new console.
