preemo
I just recently bought a ksw-100 sub from ebay ok,I have a yamaha rx-v3000 receiver with 2 sub outs,I used the single line to go into directly into the sub and I get no sound,I only get sound when I first plug the cable in half way(I get that buzzing sound) after It's in I get no sound what so ever,I don't know if it has to do with the fuse or what, but I really want to get to sub working thanks preemo
TIbor
HI If you are just using a basic rca cable that could be the problem. If your reciever has one connect the sub tot he subwoofer out the the reciever to the LFE on the sub. Try using a cable that is designed for a sub Good Luck

cdsang
I have this model althought I don't use it. If the RCA doesn't work, you could always use the speaker in and outs. Back when I used the RCA connections, I used the sub input and the sub output on my receiver. CD

There should be three options under LFE/BASS OUT: SW, Both, or Main. If it is set to Main you'll get nothing from the sub out. I recommend settign all other speakers to small and the LFE/BASS OUT to SW.
