jzoz01
The summary on the Klipsch site lists them as having an aluminum compression driver, but the specs on the bottom of the page list them as having a titanium driver. Also, they have cerimetalic woofers. They should be interesting to hear.

I should've took the grill off, but did not think to do that. Granted, this was a few weeks ago, so the next time I am over there, I'll have to go see if the SF-3s are hooked up. jzoz01
The BB here sold their floor model so i couldn't even see them. The thing I was really wondering about though is the discrepency in the specs. Are the tweeters aluminum or titanium?
fabulousfrankie
They sound great to me, it's a significant step up in quality from the SF2 IMO.
Unreal
Mine should be here today or tommorow. They shipped out last tuesday. Got a complete sf3 package with sc3 center and ksw12" sub.
Bill H.
When I looked at the SF 2, I decided not to get them, strickly because of Price. Because I couldn't compare sound with Reference, I went on Price. For a Few dollare more I found out I could go with the Reference series, which had better looks, and to me sound. Plus They were comparable in Price to the RF 3 I had been looking at......jmho....... Probably why klipsch did this mkt thing.
Unreal
Shipping company just called me, and said the speakers would be here at 2 tommorow. Can't wait. Looking at them at bestbuy, they are just like the rest of the synergy. Aluminum tweeters and poly cones.
