I have one, paid $150 at a pawn shop, and it sounds about 99% the same as a KLF-C7. My front soundstage is a pair of '87 Cornwall II's. Buy the KLF and spend the extra cash you would have spent on the Academy on the significant other and pray they accept this crazy hobby\obsession of ours.
