BLOOMIS914
Just picked up several dvd's at Kmart....for incredibly low sale prices. Anyway, my question is: Track 22, the song "Seven Bridges Road" is supposed to be an Audio only track in DTS and for whatever reason I can't get it to play!!!! pjordan
Also, make sure that your DVD player is set to output DTS signal. You can usually access this in the audio setup portion of the player itself (not the disk). On my player (Panasonic), you have to remove the disk to actually get to the player's setup. Also, make sure that your receiver either auto-detects or you set the source input type to DTS in. Hope this helps, Phil PS: Long live Uncle Jimmy (Beam)! RobCurran
The Eagles just kick off the European Tour night at Earl's Court in London, England. Their on stage performance has aged like fine wine. Joe still jams and Don's voice is as sharp as ever! A must see! Hope their put out another DTS DVD of this tour. Classic Klipsch and classic Eagles are the perfect speaker match - happy listening. maxg
THere is something funny going on on this DVD. I have noticed a strange, brief whooshing sound (best I can describe it). From memory on Hotel California (for example) about 3 minutes into the track it suddenly whooshes (both stereo and DTS mode) and I am sure it is not part of the music (it doesnt happen on the digitally mastered CD - even through the same player. Anyone else experienced this?
Quenten
I noticed it the first time I listened to it. On continued listening I think it's when he's playing the guitar and he brushes a string inadvertantly while moving his hand. Happens a couple of times in the song--don't know if it's on purpose or not. My opinion is it's an accident--yet you think they would edit that if so??? Anybody else
