Hey, good to hear. I'm just pointing out Samsung's prior history with other players. When I was working at BB, we had a minimum (just at our store) of 15 Samsung DVD or HTIB units going out to be serviced every month. Every single one of them was either a tray failure or a tracking mechanism failure. It wouldn't read or it wouldn't open.

I wish you all luck with your units, seriously.

This is an awesome player, glad some of you listend to my praises and took the plunge. What happened in the past is the past. They got it right IMO with this one. Especially if you have the Samasung DLP too.
