hhitman
I've been reading over a lot of posts on this forum and many of your folks seem to be experts so I'm comming to you for help. I have a pair of 1975 Cornwalls (SN: 6N937, 6N938) that I got out of a divorce. I don't know much else about them other than that they will rattle windows for miles. My current wife and I are buying a house and my insurance agent wants me to figure out the value of all of our stuff. So my question is...how much are these worth? I've been told everything from a few hundred to a couple thousand. No one seems to have a solid answer. Can anyone help? Thanks
lynnm
Average range U$ 500 - 1000 depending on finish and condition. Most pairs sell for about U$ 800.00 +/- Some pairs have hit $1800.
Seadog
A pair of Cornwalls sold recently on eBay for $1225. They appeared to be in excellent condition, complete with original boxes and manuals.
IndyKlipschFan
I agree with LYNNM 500-1200////most around 700-850. More if with original boxes with manuals and in exotic woods.
Daddy Dee
Yep, I'd agree that if they are in excellent shape, $1000 would be fair replacement value. (including the shipping which would be necessary to get them to your door)
