I would think that contact cement would work the best, especially if sprayed. Just be careful and don't put too much on the cloth and be careful not to press down too hard or the fabric will stick to itself. Automotive stereo guys use a spray adhesive, 3M's number 33 I believe is the number. IT would work well also. Just thinking to myself, it could be 3M's 88 adhesive.
