However, I was curious if anyone could recommend a TV for under $1,000. I am happy with my audio, now I have to upgrade from my 25 inch. Thank you for your time and response. Griffinator Posted March 9, 2004 Share Posted March 9, 2004 If you're willing to go through the hassle of finding a good one (including repeated returns, etc.) then the Samsung is a great bang-for-the-buck TV. FuzzyMD Posted March 11, 2004 Share Posted March 11, 2004 I agree with Griff, my friend just bought a 50' Samsung DLP, he has picture quality problem with the TV, samsung sent a tech over, after he checked the tv, he said my friend's crappy dvd play was the cause, after that, he bought a new DVI dvd player, still the same bad picture one good thing is those DLP TV are light, much easy to return it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
