space_cowboy
Can't seem to find the right size of spades or rings that will accept 12 guage wire and slip into the terminal strip guides for speaker connection. Am trying some rings, but have to "bend up the sides" to get them to fit in that makes sense. There must be a certain size that will fit right in AND accept the wire guage. Figured some of you would know exactly what would be needed if this makes any sense. Thanks
hoggy
Can't seem to find the site/link I bought mine from but if you do a search for barrier block spades you should be able to find some. The ones I bought were for 10ga though. They're 1/4" btw. I'll try again to figure out where I got them. hoggy

Griffinator
I carry spades that will handle 12 gauge. PM me if you're interested.
hoggy
space-cowboy, Here's the link. Hope it works. http://www.welbornelabs.com/vampconn.htm Just make sure you get the ones for a barrier block. 8 for $6.50. hoggy
wrench_peddler
Griff, he is looking for ones that will fit the strip on the Lascala's he bought from me. I had the same problems. Ends that fit the wire are too wide to fit the barrier strip on the speakers.
space_cowboy
Thanks hoggy, I was about to order those but went to one more local store just to check and found these: http://jttproducts.com/dynamic.asp?area=productsearchfull&customercategory=automotive&productID=1582 They fit perfect and work out to be about 15 cents apiece. Thanks all...
hoggy
As long as you found what you wanted. That's all that counts. Was glad to try to help. hoggy
johnnyp
Silver-plated over pure copper 1/4" spade: http://www.thecablepro.com/cableDetail.php?cID=36&cgID=1 (I am not afilliated with the vendor in the link above nor have I used this spade yet.) BusaDude
He mentioned he was trying to fit into barrier strips, so the 3/16" model would probably work better... http://www.thecablepro.com/cableDetail.php?cID=37&cgID=
