ccsakura
Hi guys, I just moved the sub to the back of the room and it starts to hum again because lack of noise filtration. Is there any surge protector that's cheap enough for just filtration? Any slots is fine(I just need one for the sub, nothing else connected to the outlet). I don't wanna spend like a hundred on one single output surge(hella I'm broke after months of hunting). Thanks

cyclonecj
Try to isolate the ground wire on the power plug using an adapter. My guess is that the outlet on the back wall is on the opposite phase of the power as the rest of the system, & that is causing the hum.
