SVS support is top notch!

My SVS developed a problem yesterday, probably a blown driver, and I thought it was going to be a nightmare getting warranty support. I was wrong, SVS e-mailed me right back asking for details, had me do some checks and arrived at the same conclusion.

New driver is on it's way and the tech guys have been extremely helpful and right on top of the problem.

I love companies that provide good support like that. So far, I have been very fortunate with H/K, Parasound and now SVS. Things generally don't fail, but when they do it's nice to have good service and support.
