boomac
Nice pair of Forte IIs available to Forum Members. I will be placing them on eBay later in the week if no one, on the Forum, is interested. I do have additional pictures so please e-mail or PM me if you are interested and /or want further information. Some minor cosmetic issues (just nicks & dings that could be covered up with paint but could also be repaired and painted in a more professional manner) Excellent working order No dents/tears etc. in cones Original boxes (beat up a bit but functional)
Olorin
Where are you located? I don't know about anyone else, but I don't ship big speakers any more.
boomac
The Forte IIs and I are in Wisconsin. I have a road trip planned, in a few weeks, to western Pennsylvania and would consider a drop off or meet along the way. I do have the boxes and proper shipping material but I can appreciate and understand shipping concerns.
Erik Mandaville
Speakers look great, but what really caught me eye were those antique tennis ball bashers in the background near the fireplace! I love old stuff like that!
rckpls
Price?
boomac
Erik, been collecting old sporting antiques for years. More tennis than anything else but I guess there's a little of everything here. My wife hates it all. Something about dust! That racquet in the background is one of the favorites. It's a Hazell's Streamline model used by two time Wimbledon runner-up, H Austin during the 1930s. Some of today's racquets have almost two times the head size of that baby. The game's gotten too easy.
boomac
Figure $500 for now. If no interest by Friday, I'll drop to $475 for Forum members. No reduction prior to Friday!
rckpls
That's a really good deal. Is there any chance you'll go through southern Ohio on your way to PA.?

ben.
Jon, as Fini said, welcome to the forum. It is considered by most here to be bad form to advertise on the forum with nothing else to contribute. Especially in an established member's thread offering similar product.
