J in Las Vegas Posted August 6, 2004 Share Posted August 6, 2004 The model of the subwoofer I have escapes me but when trying to hook up my sub to my receiver, last night (I recently moved), I noticed that it does not work. It shows it's receiving a signal from the receiver but it just doesn't work. I even tried another receiver to make sure it was the sub. The speaker is about 3 years old but still looks new and up until now always worked great. Does anyone know where I can bring my sub in the the Las Vegas area to be serviced? Frzninvt Posted August 6, 2004 Share Posted August 6, 2004 Call Klipsch 1-800-Klipsch, talk to one of the techs. Most likely if there is a problem with it they will ask you to remove the amplifier section and send it to Klipsch for servicing. The tech support at Klipsch is great and they will provide you some troubleshooting tips to track down the possible cause before you have to pull the amplifier for servicing.
