I think its because the population is 53,000, HT isn't as popular here, and Fort Collins (College town....Colorado State University) is only 40 min away. So, they do not sell as a lot of their inventory before the newer models are out to replace them. For example The H/K AVR X30 recievers arrived only a short while ago and they still had a 525 they needed to get rid of, so my wife ended up picking it up for only 349.00. Just call from time to time to see whats on clearance. I know they are not very popular, buy they have a DPR-1001 for 399.00. Ask for carl, he's pretty honest. And no, I do not work there but they so have sales from time to time. Remember, If its not on sale or you cant get it for what your willing to pay, wait...it'll show up from either the salesman meeting you at a price or it'll be on SALE. -Pat Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
