callmeishmael
Hi everyone, I have a 10 year old Panasonic 27" XF Series tv in the bedroom. When first turned on the images are elongated (cone-headed people), like being in front of a circus mirror. After a 30 minute warm-up period the picture is good. Any suggestions as to what has gone weak? Would it be expensive to repair? Thanks, ish
J.4knee
Sounds like its time for a new TV for your bedroom. In my expreience repairng TV's unless they cost a fortune to replace is a waiste of time. One caveat is I am not familiar with your particualr TV. marksdad
yup i too did a stint repairing tv's, and it sounds like the picture is going to collapse forever, and it does cost more to replace the tube than to go and buy a new one
