Should I wait?

I am planning to get the Home Theater that is in my signature. The thing is, I hear that Klipsch is releasing their new Reference Series subwoofers pretty soon. So, I was thinking that I would NOT get the KSW-12 and just wait for the new Reference Series subwoofers. Will the Home Theater sound okay without a subwoofer for awhile?

Yeah, a Home Theater without a subwoofer is okay...cwm25.gif

Sadly, most subs aren't okay, they are merely grating cwm3.gif

HornED I know what you mean here,REAL subs are rare.

A real sub should be able to reach below 20Hz with power.

The Revel B15,Aerial SW12 and Sunfire Signature and Mark II are real subs.

Aerial SW12 being the cleanest and most defined of the bunch. Its a SVS Ultra in a gorgeous rosewood finished cabinet with a 400W RMS amp.

And the Revel B15 is perfect for High-End HT,huge output and bass down to 20hz.1000W RMS amp moves the cone like dynamite. You should hear this sub,its power and quality.
