kevf
Picked up my first pair of Klipsch today. Got them from ebay for $200 CAD ($160 US). http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5731807993 I think that's a pretty good price, isn't it? They are absolutely mint. The seller purchased them new and they've never left his living room. The speakers look brand new to me. S/N's are 10724, 10725. Any idea how old they are? I've listened to them for a bit today. Very nice. Obviously, my big JBL's are better, but the JBL's are about 3 times the size. Kevin
Daddy Dee
Kevf, Congratulations and welcome to the forum. They do look mint and that is an absolute steal in terms of the price you paid. You can enjoy them for many years. On the date of manufacture, there are several threads on the forum that list the codes for Klipsch S/N's. I think a search for "dating" will direct you to some of those.
Parrot
Congratulations. You got a heckuva bargain. My first Klipsch 25 years ago were Heresies as well, like quite a few oldtimers.
Marvel
Congrats on the Heresy II speakers! And the JBLs you have should sound awesome. Hard to beat the vintage JBL gear. I love both. Marvel
