Hardhitter
How long of a cable can I run for LFE signal, before I start to run into problems, and what problem might there be? Setting up a buddies system, and we are running a Velodyne sub, without getting into it, it has to go in the back, or at least way back on the side. Sucks but no other option. Thanks Dave
Al Klappenberger
LFE information is extreme low frequency. I expect the length could be hundreds of feet without any significant loss! Al K.
Lucky Leeroy
I run 35' cable so I can put it where I need it - NO PROBLEMS!
PAR69
Hardhitter, You may also want to run a Coaxial cable (like for cable tv) rather than a regular RCA cable - it will probably be cheaper and it is less likely to pick up noise/interference. Buy one with BNC connectors and then buy to BNC>RCA adapters. Hope this helps, Paul
lynnm
10 or 12 AWG. should be fine for a 35' run.
