cjgeraci
Getting ready to wrap my mid and upper horns. I assume the tops of the Belle cabinets are removable (like the K-horns) so as to provide easier access to the horns? If so, could someone please tell me what screws (or wingnuts) hold the top on? Where are they located? Any special nuances I need to know? Thanks in advance. Carl.
Al Klappenberger
Take out 4 screws that hold the front baffle to the sides. Remove the 4 nuts that hold the top section to the base. They are on studs that stick yp from underneath. The top will lift off leaving the horns, network and front baffle sitting. I tried to upload a picture but was not able to. Al K. cjgeraci
Thank you so much Al. I figured you might chime in. I plan on damping my horns with Dynamat, and I believe you used something similar. Appreciate the help. Carl.
Al Klappenberger
Carl, Yes, I used similar damping stuff called "Lightning Audio", but it just Dynamat by some other manufacturer. Al K.
