Center Match

I'm trying to find a center channel match for my Klipsch floor speakers. I cannot at all find the model type of these older speakers? Bought them about 10 yrs ago from Audio King (now Ultimate). They stand about 3 ft high, 1 ft wide. It has a wood frame with snap on front grills. Appreciate if anyone can suggest how to obtain the model type? Looked high & low for receipt.

I have a 51" Rear Proj Hitachi and the only place for my center channel is on top of the TV, so I would guess shielding is of issue? Not wanting to spend more than $300.00

Thanks,

Ron

I would've thought so! I searched high & low and couldn't find it. Could it possibly be behind the grill?

It could be but very doubtful. As stated previously all Klipsch

speakers I have seen are on the back in the top right. There should

be one on each speaker. There it will be signed, model number,

serial number and the such. If your speakers don't have one I would be

very suspect on the speakers.

Klipsch Made a series of center channel speakers for the KG series. The KG2.2v or the 2.5v would match pretty nicely. You can find them on ebay if you are patient. 100-150 for the center channel. If you don't need the video sheilded variety, the 2.2 and the 2.5 show up pretty regularly, and a pair of those would make for a good front and rear center.

Good luck.
