Mathew J
Hello all, Well I am finally making a venture into home theater audio and could use a little assistance as really the choices are overwhelming.... Currently I have a Haman Kardon AVR 235 7.1 Reciever and am in the market for speakers and a subwoofer... I plan on using whatever I purchase in conjunction with: Existing Boston Acoustic A40 speakers for rear surrounds Existing Advent "Mini Advent" bookshelves for rear 7.1 The Klipsch Setup I was looking at is as follows: Klipsch Synergy III Bookshelf speaker Model B2 (Pair-Fronts) Klipsch Synergy III Center Channel Speaker C1 Wondering if this is a good matchup? or if I should look at something else, something larger perhaps? The listening area is about 10x10 Thanks
ct1615
For a room of that size, it should work fine.
Colin
I would get a sub before I got center channel...
Audio Flynn
Sub first Very true many options. your Klipsch choices are nice.
gibby214
I would consider the Klipsch reference line vs. the synergy. Just in case you get the urge to upgrade later then you won't mix and match. good luck
rvincerob1
I would change from the SB2's to SB3's and get the KSW-12 Subwoofer. You will probably want to replace those Boston A's and get the KSB1.1's or the surrounds that match the Synergy series. Trust me you will not disappointed

tommyboy
I just bought a C2 center, and would definitely recommend going with this one, as opposed to the C1. the center has the toughest job, (except maybe the sub), so make sure you get a "capable" one. It peaks at 400 watts, so... Don't send a boy to do a man's job!!!
