rivieraranch
What would be a good speaker match for a Jolida 102B tube integrated amp that is about 25 WPC. I am using Spica TC-50's with stands. Although they sound good there is very little bass.
jeffgeorge
It would depend on what "type" of sound you want. I would suggest the more effecient Klipsch... depends on your budget however. Look at: RF-7's K-Horns La Scalas Cornwalls (can only be found in used market) Heresy I or II(still on production)
Deang
"...depends on your budget." That's for sure. RF-35's would be a good place to start. Cornwalls next if you want the hassle associated with getting them -- and they'll need a little bit of work too to hear them at their best. rivieraranch
I have a small listening room with decent acoustics. I would listen to primarily jazz vocal and instrumental music. How would the RB-5 do for this?
imperfectcircle25
The RB-5's will work great with the Jolida amp. you might also try the smaller reference series floorstanders. Rf-25's would be a nice start for not much money. You can also check out Omega, Triangle and Coincident speakers. They all make reasonably priced bookshelf speakers that work well with low powered tube amps.
