laurenc319
hi all, Just spending the afternoon cooking up a batch of chicken cacciatora, and listening to a CD entitled McCoy Tyner with Stanley Clark and Al Foster ( Telarc # 83488 ) on my Forte I's and sipping on some Coates du Rhone. The last cut on the cd, " I want to tell you about that" is a knockout. A great afternoon. Time to stir the chicken and pour another glass, cheers, Larry
gonzp
Ahhhh Chicken Cacciatora, My grandfather met an Italian gentleman in WW2 "Papa Tony" was his name he taught my grandfather to make this dish and it has become a family favorite. We eat it for our Christmas meal and this recipe has been handed down now 4 generations. I have got some chicken boiling to make chicken noodle soup. I will prolly have to crank up the HH Scotts and the Lascalas and listen to mmmmmmm maybe some Keb Mo.... hope you cacciatora was as good as your music. Cheers, Patrick
