What books would you recommend to someone trying to learn about tube amplifiers?

Like many others newly arriving or returning to tubes, I would like to understand whats going on, perform service, adjustments, upgrades and, perhaps, build an amplifier from scratch. So far Ive acquired and read:

Beginners Guide To Tube Audio Design, by Bruce Rozenblit;

How To Service Your Own Tube Amp, by Tom Mitchell; and

Building Valve Amplifiers, by Morgan Jones

I would rate them in the order listed and recommend reading them in that order. The Rozenblit and Jones books are available from http://www.audioxpress.com/ . All three are probably available from Amazon. The Mitchell book is specifically about guitar amplifiers, but its useful.

What other books would you recommend?

I have a good online book called a "Taste of Tubes" that has some very helpful information. I will email it to you if you would like.
