eq_shadimar
This looks like a Heresy already designed for wall mounting. Anyone know anything about these? It seems kinnda pricy but it would fit my application perfectly. http://www.klipsch.com/index.asp?path=/products/productdetail.asp?frame=y&id=210&line=&1 Laters, ------------------ FOR SALE OR TRADE COMPLETE R*3 SYSTEM FOR 3 HERESY'S Main System - Cornwalls (L/R main) RC-3 RS-3's (white) SVS 20-39CS Harman Kardon AVR 510 Hafler P505 (running sub) ProMedia 4.2 v400 for PC

eq_shadimar
Hehe ok but try and find an Academy for sale :-) I thought about an RF-7 also but mounting/placement would be a problem. Also I know that I could use the C-7 also or possibly a RC-7. Ideally I would like to get another Cornwall or a Heresy speaker. What appealed to me here was that this one is already angled and made for wall mounting. As you point out though it is expensive. Chris Robinson
ES, how about a Belle for the center channel? I use one (formerly a Heresy, and before that a KT-LCR) and it's great. If you've got room for another Cornwall, then the Belle should be OK. There's one for sale on Ebay right now. It's a little dinged up but if you've got a few hours and $20 worth of supplies, you could refinish it pretty well. I just swapped out the grill cloth on my Belle (went from black to brown) and it was a surprisingly easy operation. Long and short of it is you could grab that Belle for a reasonable price, fix it up and you're in business! http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1272422810&r=0&t=0&showTutorial=0&ed=1000328774&indexURL=0&rd=1 ------------------ Klipsch 1968 ALK Cornwall "II"s (LF/RF) ALK Belle Klipsch (Center) Klipsch Heresy (RR/LR) Klipsch KSW-12 sub Sonic Frontiers Anthem AMP1 (driving Cornwalls) Sonic Frontiers Anthem AMP1 (driving Heresy's) McIntosh MC-30 (driving Belle) Denon AVR-4800 Toshiba SD-3109 DVD
eq_shadimar
Humm that is a good thought. Does anyone know how strong the cabinets on the Belle are? When mounted it would have to be inverted with all the weight resting on its top (to get the tweeters in the correct positon).
