Great sound on a budget?

I just realized all my Sony components are 10 years old. Time passes too quickly after age 20!cwm35.gif

My equipment still works ok but since I've purchased a set of cornwalls 1's I've been on a mission to upgrade!

I need advice deciding on a reciever to replace this old Sony I am currently using. I watch a lot of movies ... Maybe even more than I listen to music. A good 5 channel dolby reciever is a must. I prefer used equipment because I think I ultimately get more for my money. I'm prepared to spend $400-$500.

Anyone have any ideas!? Thanks!

And if you go to www.yahoo.com, and click on shopping, then enter in a search for either of the 2 you will get a list of retailers that will be selling for approx. the same price as the ones above.

Good Luck
