Were supposed to make more of them this week, but I haven't heard yet if they did or not. I have an order in for 75 of them. Don't lose that paper gasket. You will need it. michael hurd Posted October 11, 2005 Share Posted October 11, 2005 It is almost to the point that you need to consider either pickup only, or bid, keeping in mind that the factory box will be an o.k. shipping container for the drivers and crossovers. I.E. build a new box. I don't know where people think that peanuts in a box are going to protect a heavy object. When I was in retail, and had to ship stuff out, I made sure it was bulletproof. johnyholiday Posted October 11, 2005 Author Share Posted October 11, 2005 i'm thinking ,if i was getting something really pristine,i would get ,or have sender, purchase a cheap ATA case 50 bucks,an add it on to the cost,but these had no peanuts, just a box an 4 little slivers of styro floating around in the box i guess they were for the corners lol, i'll just wood putty em up ,an mark in the ply layers, with a color pen, an dial them in, this is were those days as a kid, in the garage putty-ing, an soldering ,an taken everything apart pays off,i puttyed in a sliding weight, in a boyscout soapbox car~not mine some kidd up the block~ back in the day, it won 1st, a little axel work an graphite too,all against the rules now a days i think, PS i don't stress about these little goofy man made things have fun kiddo's Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
