westcott
Should I just dust them or use a quality furniture polish? Are veneers treated any differently? What about the cones themselves? Is low pressure air safe? I would love to hear your suggestions. I have always used furniture polish on my older furniture but it was always a solid wood. If you are referring to the RF-7's, I think all of the finishes available have a lacquer topcoat. Dust or use a lightly dampened soft cloth followed by a soft dry cloth. I would never use a product with wax or petroleum base. The grills and cones, vacuum using a clean brush attachment. Go buy one just for your speakers, they're cheap. You could use a feather duster behind the grill cloth, never use air pressure. Keith
westcott
Thanks. I have a dust buster with an attachment that just might work.
Thumpelstiltskin
Klipsch used to send a paper with their speakers that explained the proper way to clean and care for them. Here's a copy.......... klipschcaretext.txt
