BlackVW1.8t
I have the rf 3's from fronts and I am using a older ksc-c1 center. This matched the syngery bookself speakers I used to have. I never upgraded because of the cost of a new reference center. My question now is I fill like I am missing some sound from the center because its not really that loud. I have it hooked up to my 6.1 yamaha rx-v1000. Could I purchase another on of these and run 2 at the same time or would the rc-3 be a better choice. Also will the new reference rc-25 and rc-35 better than the rc-3. I notice they are ported. Thanks ps. if you have a rc center lying around and want to sell it LMK chad_jonirobbins@earthlink.net
wuzzzer
Better to upgrade. If you have RF3 I'd say go with an RC3. Its usually recommended to match speakers with the same series for the best sound match. Should be able to pick one up on eBay for $150-$200 + shipping. michael hurd
I made do with a SC1 center for a while, but the RC3II was a much better match for my left and right RF3II's.
