chevellerh Posted January 25, 2006 Share Posted January 25, 2006 Well just got a new stereo system yamaha 5830 amp 5.1, 110w at 8ohm sony 12" 150w sub (wm500) Small pioneer surrounds (dont know the names since they were bought from a private party) Pioneer Bookshelfs for the front (S-HF41-LR to be exact) Not the best but just using it as a basis, i Would really like to upgrade the fronts since the room im in ( which is 36ft x 16ft x 7.5ish ) this setup just isnt cuttin it. If you don't mind big boxes for speakers, you can't go wrong with heritage speakers. More info from you on goals, tastes etc will help us direct you to a good match. DrWho Posted January 26, 2006 Share Posted January 26, 2006 Well you could land a pair of heresies for $300. And if you got a good deal you might be able to find a pair of cornwalls or fortes.
