daveyclyde
I've got KLF-20's right now. Thinking of upgrading. I haven't heard the RF-7's yet. What's the difference between the two? What other speaker would be a good upgrade from the KLF-20? Thanks!!!
jbsl
I went from KLF 20s to La Scalas and big improvement. Post this thread over on 2 channel and you will probably get more responses. I have only heard the RF7s at Ultimate Electronics and they were hooked up to something that they did not match with. My KLF 20s sounded much better with my Denon 4800. With the right equipment RF7s owners give them high praise!
marems
Just throw some Titanium in your 20's and take another listen! The 20's are great speakers, I have owned the RF-3's and when I went to the legends, I thought that the legends were missing something in the top end, Then I up graded to the Titaniums and found what I was missing. More open more transparent, no more shrill. You will want to do the mids and highs.
gbrlex
If you decide to get rid of the KLF-20's, I would be interested. I'm looking for a pair to use as surrounds with my KLF-30's.
