If you have RF 7's... the RS 7's are the preferred match....and will be incredible... You can always get 2 RS-7's for now.... save a few more months.. get the RSW 15... Then ultimately if you just have to.... Get the second paid of RS 7's by The Holiday's later this year... (assuming your building this over time.) If not, they have been discontinued for quite some time and can be found used, cheap. If you are on a budget, I would forgo the second set of surrounds, find some RS-3's (and maybe even some recently discontinued RS-7's in stores or the internet) and get the RSW-15.
