RoseRx
I have run my RG6 Quad cable & now I need RCA jacks. Who sells them in small quantities & what about a crimper?
CECAA850
Are these what you're looking for? http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?&DID=7&Partnumber=092-
RoseRx
Yes, the 092-626 or 092-628. Which is better 22ga vs 26ga? I only need a pair of them. Can they be bought locally e.g., CC, BB, Home Depot? I would also hate to spend a lot of $ on a crimper, that I may never use again. Any suggestions? CECAA850
I can't help you on your ga question other than a larger wire should have less loss over a longer run. I'm also not the best person to ask about buying a tool. I've never met one I could live without after using it one time.
ScorpsFan
Try Home Depot, Lowes, Menards or any building home center near you, they all have "home wiring" areas near the electrical dept. and carry everything from pre-made cables to DIY stuff, you should be able to find all of the types of connections as well as wire stripper and crimpers in various price ranges. If they don't, try an electrical or cable contractors supply house and if you want to get really fancy on the RCA's don't forget to try your local Hi-Fi retailer (not a big box store) they are great at finding small quantities and giving great advice. Best of Luck!
sivadselim
worse comes to worse, you can just put regular F-type ends on it and use 2 F-to-RCA adapters on the ends
ScorpsFan
If you haven't yet made your purchase, here is a push on RCA and inexpensive wire stripper which might fit the bill: http://www.accessories4less.com/cgi-bin/item/IXOS248 and http://www.accessories4less.com/cgi-bin/item/IXOS282
